Salad with finocchio and orange
- 1 large finocchio cut into thin slices
- 1 large orange peeled & cut into thin slices
- 1 red cabbage
- 4 soupspoons olive oil
- Juice from 1 large lemon
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Salt
Preparation
- Carefully wash the leaves of the cabbage and drain on absorbent paper.
- Cut horizontally into medium pieces and place in a salad bowl adding the finocchio and orange slices.
- Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper and shake vigorously until the ingredients are well mixed.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and serve immediately
