Salad with finocchio and orange
  • 1 large finocchio cut into thin slices
  • 1 large orange peeled & cut into thin slices
  • 1 red cabbage
  • 4 soupspoons olive oil
  • Juice from 1 large lemon
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Salt

Preparation


  1. Carefully wash the leaves of the cabbage and drain on absorbent paper.
  2. Cut horizontally into medium pieces and place in a salad bowl adding the finocchio and orange slices.
  3. Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper and shake vigorously until the ingredients are well mixed.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and serve immediately
