Bianco fish

(Sole fish, black fish, striped grey mullet, bass fish)


    For 4 persons:
  • 1200 g cleaned fish
  • Β½ garlic
  • black and white pepper
  • salt
  • lemon
  • 250 g olive oil
  • 4 medium potatoes cut in 4 pieces

Preparation


  1. Heat the olive oil in a casserole and saute the garlic with the salt until it browns.
  2. Add some water, the fish and the potatoes and simmer lightly. Add enough water to cover the fish. The sauce should be thick, therefore it is better to add the water gradually.
  3. Before serving, add the lemon juice.
