Moustonia (Almond buscuits)

For 25-30 pieces:
- 1/2 kilo almonds
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 vanilla
- 3-4 drops lemon juice.
Preparation
- Grind the almonds in the mixer until it resembles fine breadcrumbs. Gradually, without stopping the mixer, add the sugar, the egg, the vanilla and the lemon drops and mix until it becomes an homogenized mixture.
- Put the mixture in a bowl and form round flat biscuits. Bake in medium oven at 150 deg. until they become dry.
- The biscuits must be white – do not brown at all.
- When they are ready, remove from the oven and place on a wire rack to cool.
