Potatoes with rosemary or thyme

    For 8 persons:
  • 20-30 small round potatoes
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 soupspoon rosemary
  • salt

Preparation


  1. Peel the potatoes and wash thoroughly. Heat the olive oil in the frying pan, add the potatoes (whole), mix and cover.
  2. Fry until they are cooked and golden brown then sprinkle with rosemary or thyme. Remove the fried potatoes with a slotted spoon you place on absorbent paper.
  3. Salt and serve immediately.
