Potatoes with rosemary or thyme

For 8 persons:
- 20-30 small round potatoes
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 soupspoon rosemary
- salt
Preparation
- Peel the potatoes and wash thoroughly. Heat the olive oil in the frying pan, add the potatoes (whole), mix and cover.
- Fry until they are cooked and golden brown then sprinkle with rosemary or thyme. Remove the fried potatoes with a slotted spoon you place on absorbent paper.
- Salt and serve immediately.
